With over 15 years of experience in technology and business environments, Ritesh has worked within startup ecosystems influenced by leadership teams with backgrounds in Fortune 500 organizations such as Mastercard, IBM, Intel, McKinsey & Company, and eBay. This exposure helped him develop a strong understanding of enterprise-level systems and strategic execution.
His journey also includes involvement in ecosystems connected with organizations such as Swiggy, Aditya Birla Group, Johnson & Johnson, Vodafone, and H&R Block. These experiences contributed to his understanding of product development and business growth.
He also led the development of a Public Grievance Platform in Nagpur aimed at improving citizen services and inter-department coordination. The initiative aligned with governance efforts during the tenure of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis.
